Repair of the Month
For the month of May I would like to feature a Gateway laptop that came to me in a serious disrepair. This laptop had a broken hinge which was obvious and the other problem dead. When I get a dead laptop right away this will mean a total tear down to diagnose the problem. After removing the LCD and the upper bezel I could see everything on the top of the motherboard. After a quick test with my multimeter everything tested ok on top. Next remove mobo and check underneath.Read More...
